I can't access my website

A few hours ago my site was suspended, the reason, I don't know, I sent you an email 4 hours ago with no answer. Where is the 24/7 support?

I think the reason is the cheap plan I had, So I changed my plan, now I have a VPS1000 plan.

But now I can't access, I see the same error message: "We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this website is currently unavailable."

It's weird, but the page is being visited by other users, even 2 users have registered (I receive an email when they register). I see them on my Google analytics account, right now there are 23 users online, my adSense account have 5 new clicks.

Why I can't access? My IP is blocked?? I tried everything, I clear my cache browser, I used 3 different Browsers, I used my PC and my iPad.

It sounds like you were experiencing propagation due to the server move. An email was sent to your primary address advising of this, when the move was completed.
