I'm sure this is no big deal. I would just like to get some positive feedback before moving forward.

Thank you!

Hi Mark,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. MelbourneIT is in fact an Australian company. MelbourneIT is one of the world's largest Domain Registrars, and while they operate out of Australia, it really is a global business. Many other companies are resellers for MelbourneIT such as Yahoo. MelbourneIT has over 4 million domains that they actively manage.

While MelbourneIT is the wholesaler for domain management, customer support and management will come directly from InMotion Hosting. Truthfully, you'll never deal with MelbourneIT and they'll never contact you. Many web hosts act as resellers for domains and usually is standard practice.

InMotion Hosting has been in the web hosting business for 10 years and we keep growing. Our business practices have proven successful for our customers as well as our company. In no way should you be worried about MelbourneIT.

If you have further concerns or need further assistance please feel free to contact us.

Thanks!

I've a hosting reseller account with you (inMotion Hosting), can I merge that with a domain reseller account or not ?!

Hello Rami.Alloush,

Since we don't offer domain reseller plans, the easiest way to manage both accounts may be to use WHMCS. If you are a reseller and are looking for a one-stop hosting solution for things such as handling Billing and Support ticket requests, or Reselling domains, WHMCS is an incredible solution. For more information about WHMCS, see our guide titled "What is & how to use WHMCS"

As a Reseller, you can request a WHMCS license from AMP.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

Nice, but I will NOT be able to "manage" the domain through my AMP ,, right ?!
(I'll be doing so through that reseller domain account) ,, Am I understanding correctly ?

Hello Rami.Alloush,

That is correct, you will have a special reseller account to manage domains that you resell. Incidentally, that account is not with MelbourneIT, but with Enom.

Aha , Thank you for answering that. I believe MelbourneIT doesn't have domain reseller plan. If you just can manage with them to have everything in one place! that would be perfect :)
Thanks
