Hi we want to transfer out site to Inmotion. It is currently at Readyhosting.com.However the URL is still pointinh=g top readyhosting, so I am unabke to use the ftp file transfer with our URL. Is there another way I can set up and transger my files via a temporary ftp account?

Hello SusanNE,

You can use the server name for ftp and you Cpanel user name and password to login with your FTP account. Here's an article on finding your server name using Cpanel:

Find Server Name

You can find your Cpanel information using your Account Management Panel (AMP) login. If you require further assistance, then you may need to contact live support. They can quickly get you into your hosting account with the correct credentials.
