Site not showing after changing nameservers

I got a domain transferred, but it isn't responding, I also changed name servers. Also the domain details aren't changeable, since I have got it from someone, I want to change those details.
The domain is eastwestwedding.com

Hello VGrover,

After changing nameservers, it can take up to 24 hours for the site to show the site from the new servers. I checked and the site is showing from our servers now. I also checked the DNS and it is pointing to us as intended.
