How to ftp to my new website before I change the name servers?

I am unable to ftp to my website because the my ftp address (ftp..com) is pointing to my soon to be old hosting providers ftp server as I have not transferred my name servers from network solutions yet.

Here's a link to it: FTP Getting Started Guide You'll want to be sure to use the biz###.inmotionhosting.com as the host name. Be sure to replace biz### or ecbiz### with your actual server information. The server information can be found in your AMP account under Account & Billing Details.
