How long for domain transfer emails?

I'm attempting to transfer my domain registration to InMotion. I got the confirmation email from them 31 hours ago, and it said the next step would be an email from MelbournIT and I would have to respond to them to authorize. I haven't gotten that email yet, but checkng on AMP it says my status is PAST that and I am now "Awaiting Losing Registrar." Checking on the old registrar shows "not pending any transfer" And I checked my email contact there just to make sure it was valid. So where am I really at in the process?

Thanks for posting your question. I've looked the transfer up in MelbourneIT and it appears they have not sent the email yet. It can take up to 10 days to complete the process.
