How do I fix this domain transfer error I am having?

i attempted to transfer domain name:
mahalls20lanes.com to my inmotionhosting account yesterday. i paid the $11.99 and followed all the steps. the domain transfer screen said to contact help desk.

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. It appears you have contacted our support department in regards to the domain transfer. You'll need to verify the authorization code you entered is correct. If it is, you may want to contact the current registrar to get a new authorization code.
