Hello Mstamport,

To transfer a domain away from Melbourne IT, you simply need to send in a verified support request to support@inmotionhosting.com to release the domain name. We will be able to release the management rights of the domain to you and you can then follow our email to obtain the Authorization code. Below is a link to our article on the process:
