We went to the domain transfer and entered information, but it won't let us go to step 4 although all blanks have been answered

Hello tedde,

If the AMP domain transfer page is not working correctly, you can have our support team initiate the transfer manually.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Also include the domain name and the transfer code (Auth code) given by the current registrar.
