I had an email sent to me from Melbourne IT about my domain name "bwmvi.com" expiring and that i need to renew it. But when i go to Melbourne and try to renew it cannot find info on the domain. Can you renew it for me since you are hte host of my domain
if not please tell me how to do it.

Hello Zonekeeper,

You might need to contact Melbourne directly. Your account shows no record of a domain registration - just the hosting account. Please review the account and make sure that you didn't register this domain elsewhere. You might need to renew this account with a different vendor (Melbourne IT is used by many different vendors).
