hi have some big problem with my websites from prestashop so please i got this email from inmotion please have a read and tell how to do about it

Hello Acarbon,

I do apologize that you are seeing this error. Have you made any changes to the PrestaShop website such as an update/upgrade recently? Pretty much the error is stating that the ps_shop_url table does not exist in the browns28_pres748 database. Do you have any backups of your database?

Hi TJ i dont have any backups database ,and no i do not do any update/upgrade recently , but someone from inmotion support told me that they found 5 backup database in my account ,i cant even login to any of the website backend/admin.

Hello Acarbon,

Sorry for the problems with the database. You may need to simply reload PrestaShop and then import your data into the new database. The issue that you're facing is unique to you and we would not be able to fix it short of the solution I'm suggesting.

I Just Dont Kno What To Do ,No Websites Now This Make My Company Going Down i realy need help For This this is Going So Long Now Months My Webites Not Working My 2 Websites ,but all my emails working fine but this is really geting to me now

Hello ACARBON,

Thank you for contacting us. We are happy to help guide you, but can be difficult for us to troubleshoot problem when we have not been working on/building the actual site. This is because every website can be customized differently.

When I look at your website, I get a blank page, this usually means there is an error being suppressed. I first recommend enabling error reporting in PrestaShop, which should allow the error to display.

Let us know what the errors are and we can help work through them.

What Arnel is suggesting, is downloading the same version of PrestaShop you are running, and uploading it, then reinstalling it manually with your existing database.

As per TJ's previous comment, there may be a missing table in your existing database. In this case you will most likely have to restore from one of your backups.
