Lechatnoir: It looks like there may be an issue with the module named 'blockwishlist' Try to disabling/uninstall that module from your dashboard/admin page. Everything works fine now on my site after I have uninstalled that module. Regards Martin
When visiting your site I am not seeing the issue. Are you still having the issue? Were you able to fix it? Or does it only do it with specific products?
The issue i was having are fixed, got help by Casey B at your support section. I upgraded my Prestashop from 184.108.40.206 to version 220.127.116.11 a few days ago, perhaps that´s what causes the problem, because the earlier version did not have any problems. Casey B. was running a error report on my site, error reporting shows it appears that there is an issue with my website's actual code and it also looks like there may be an issue with the module named 'blockwishlist'. After I uninstalled the module "blockwishlist" my site runs fine again without any error.
Awesome! I am happy Casey B was able to assist you. It is sometimes faster on the weekends to check with Live Support. Thank you also for describing the fix as it may come in handy later. Please feel free to contact us again if you have any further issues.
The first thing you want to do is to enable the error reporting so you can see an error if there is one. Usually there is, but sometimes not. After checking for the error, you can post here or in a new question and we can assist you.
Sorry to hear that Annette, understand how frustrated it may be, when your site are involuntary offline. Here is how to turn on error reporting: http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/prestashop-15/set-configure-catalog-modes/enable-error-reporting
Hope your site are soon up and running again, have a nice week.
I had the exact same problem with my product page showing a white page. After reading your posts, I run the error reporting and Identified the problem with the help of Support Live Chat. The fix is simply to clear my browser cache. Apparently, it was the lack of memory that caused the product page unable to load.
Am glad that your site are up and running again. Clearing my browser cache didn´t help with the issue i was having, i tried that after i read about that it could be a memory problem, because in most cases the "white screen" problem is related to a memory setting in the PHP.INI file. Error reporting on my site identified the problem was a issue with module named "blockwishlist" perhaps it did not install properly when upgrading the version. But due to I do not use the module, then no problem leaving it uninstalled.
