Why can't I login to FTP to Publish?

When I click on "Publish" in the Website Builder, I get the following message: The site cannot be published to the specified location.
Cannot publish to the specified host via FTP. Authorization failed.

I've changed my cPanel password and matched it in the publishing settings but I am still getting the above message.

If your problems persist, I recommend contacting live tech support so they can check the logs for publishing errors.
