Trouble uploading in Premium Website Builder

Hello, I've been trying to upload a file (on a "File Download" page) using the Builder program but it keeps hanging up after a certain amount of time. I've uploaded successfully with a short file but when I try to upload the 35mb file I actually want it seems to upload for about a minute (Giving a "Please wait, loading" message), but then seems to time out and gives a "This Page No Longer Exists" message. Is there a limit on the file size I don't know about?

Thank you for your question Chris22! You may have a connection problem between you and the builder server. You can try running a ping and traceroute to the builder.inmotionhosting.com server. You will want to email the results to support@inmotionhosting.com. You will need to verify the account with the original AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file in the email. Also, please send instructions to support with the exact steps to replicate the problem. Please include any login credentials and/or links we will need to replicate the problem. You mat want to try uploading the file through ftp to your server then linking to that file in your builder. Thank you for your patience. Regards, James R |
