I'm building a website for a friend & trying to install Premium Website Builder. It takes me to Log in to Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5.0 for Linux/Unix & I can't log in! I'm already logged into the AMP & I've tried the AMP username & password -- doesn't work. What do I do now?

Hello SnuggtheBugg,

I think there might be a little confusion here. The Premium Website Builder does not require installation. It's already installed on a server for you to access. The main issue is simply to login to it. The login is based on your cPanel login information - this is NOT the same as your Account Management Panel (AMP) login information. I'll give you a link to help you find it: Logging into the cPanel.

If you are still having issues with the login, then please contact our live support team, they can quickly make sure your account is properly set and reset your password privately and securely.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
