Just getting started, can't seem to login to web builder

I'm just getting started and can log into cPanel OK however I'm trying to access Premium Web Builder (which I think I have installed) and my login info is not recognized.

Hello charlesmcclary,

It seems that the builder account did not finish setting up properly. We had a Tier 2 technician set that up for you. You can now access the builder from your AMP. Be sure to reset the builder password first.

Once logged into AMP, go to the 'Account & Billing Details' section on the left side menu pane. Then click "details". On this page, under the product category you should see the web builder entry and select reset password.
