I cannot see the video, it is so blurred

This is the video on how to build a web site. I can not make out the letters or pictures. what do I do about this. Can you help me please? Jan

Hi CharliesMarket,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having a problem viewing one of our support videos. Many of our videos are hosted on youtube, so if the video is not clear, you can increase the resolution and make the video full screen. We record the videos in very high resolution, so making it full screen should help.

If you can update your question or post in the comments of this page the url to the page with the bad video, I'll be more than happy to review further and see what we can do to resolve the issue.
