I cannot login to premium site builder - please help

I had no problems before but do now. The password reset option does not send an email.
The link below does not work. There is no "reset builder password" option in my AMP. The only password reset option is for the AMP.

Hello geomix, You can change the builder password directly from your Account Management Paneel. This will not require an email to be sent from the builder. You can do that by following our article on changing your premium website builder password. I hope this answers your question.
