I cannot log into builder

I use the correct username, I've tried resetting the password multiple times, sometimes is says it is reset sometimes not. This is the first time I've tried to use builder. I can log into amp and cpanel just fine. What should I do?

Hello Timtau,

I'm sorry to hear that you have been having problems with the login. The login is typically based on your Cpanel user name and password. You can change this within your Account Management Panel (AMP), but it seems like you have already done this. Remember that it's possible that your browser is memorizing a login, so you should make sure and type in the user name and password when logging in. Here's an article on logging into the Builder:
