How can I resolve a publishing error in Internet Explorer and Premium Website Builder?

Every time I try to publish my website which I created using sitebuilder I get "internal error". The error occurs when the process reaches 91%, everytime. I contacted Tech support, they said it's a cpanel password issue and it should disappear after resetting the passowrd. It didn't. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit with Internet Explorer 8.I tried Opra browser and the site was published successfully. I need to use IE.

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. Typically, this issue is due to a conflict with the cPanel password. Was this issue resolved? Are you now able to use Internet Explorer with your Premium Web Builder account?
