How can I re-activate the Web Builder that was accidentaly canceled
Category: Premium Website Builder
During initial install I was given an error msg. (unable to complete install)
After several attempts at trying to correct the problem, like re installing, at which time I was informed the Web Builder was already assigned to a domain, I thought if I cancel it, I could re-install it. No Dice. So what do I do Now?

Hi Jaybe, I spoke with a T2c tech after looking at your account. I saw the canceled installation but could not install it myself. The t2c tech who spoke with (Jon E.) will be emailing you a temp password to get into the Builder. You can change it yourself later. Login for the Builder uses the Cpanel user name. You can find this in the Account Management Panel (AMP) under Account & Billing Details (under the active subscriptions - you have to click on details again). Make sure that you properly set the Publishing settings: user = cpanel user name pw = cpanel password working directory = /public_html/ Website url = your domain name with http:// in front of it You can also for details by contacting our live support personnel. If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Regards, Arnel C. |
