error while login to builder login

I get following error while login to Builder login. However I can login to Cpanel without any problem using windows-8 laptop.

Error: Invalid user name or password. Please reenter your user name and password or use the Forgot your password option

Hello FitnJab,

I checked your account and you also have a service ticket into live support. I can change the password here, but I cannot post the password here because this is a public forum. You will need to respond to your service ticket (or contact live support via email/chat/phone) and have them reset the password for you. Note that in order to make this change, you do need to provide verification of the account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password. This is done as part of preserving the security of the account.
