I did not recieve an email with my premium website builder purchase. I did recieve my joomla info.

Hello Tstrat,

It appears that you received your login information from our 24/7 live support. Typically, this is filled in for you when logging into the Builder from AMP, or you can find your Cpanel user name to login (the Cpanel user name and password are used for login to the Builder).
