Installed website builder but can't login

Hello Harryvk,

The login for the Builder is based on the Cpanel user name. The password can be changed in the Account Management Panel (AMP). The easiest way to take care of this privately - all answers on this website are published - is to call in to live support so that they can reset the password for you.

If you need to find the user name, login to AMP, select Account & Billing Details, then go to ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS and select DETAILS again. You'll see the user name there it ends with the number '5'. OR, you can call in to Support. They have access to reset or mannually create the Builder account.
