Hello SergeyGorbachov,

Thank you for your question. You can increase the max_connect value in your php.ini file, here is a link to our full guide on updating your local PHP settings.

If it does not take effect after changing the value, you may have to make the php.ini recursive.

Hello SergeyGorbachov,

If you are connecting remotely to your database, you will have to add your IP to the firewall.

Here is a link to our full guide on setting up a remote MySQL connection.

Hello SergeyGorbachov,

Make sure you are adding the correct IP, for example if you are connecting from your local computer to the database, you would put the outside IP address of your local computer.

If you are connecting from another server to the database, you will need to add the outside IP address of the server you are connecting from.

It may be easier to contact live support so they can troubleshoot in real-time.
