How do I use phpMyAdmin?

Hi

Having just installed PHPmyadmin I'm now totally lost! What I need to do is to import of my c:\drive my Moodle database so that I can move it on to this server? trouble is have no knowledge of phpmyadmin so need either guidance or idiot step by step instructions on how to back up Moodle and import to phpmyadmin?

Thanks for getting back to us and letting us know you have resolved the issue. I'm more than happy to assist you if you find you need further assistance. You'd need to create a new database, export the old database on your local computer, and then import the database you just exported into the new database you created.
