Hi SolarSolutions, We don't have any reports of other users reporting similar problems, so it does appear to be realted to something not server related. I did quite a bit of research as to what may be causing this issue. While there were some odd ideas that came up from time to time, the majority of users having duplicate attachment issues in Outlook pinpointed the issue to antivirus software causing the conflict. Temporarily Disable Antivirus Software If you have antivirus software running on your computer that scans your email, it may be causing a conflict. I recommend temporarily disabling your antivirus software and running a few more tests. Update Outlook and any Antivirus Software running As this is most likely an Outlook related issue, I would recommend running an Outlook update to make sure you have the latest version, which would include the latest bug fixes / security patches. To do this: 1. Open Outlook 2. Click File then click Help 3. Click Check for Updates After updating Outlook, you'll want to make sure you're running the most recent version of any antivirus software as well. This step varies based on which antivirus software you're using, so you may need to contact the company offering the software for info on how to run updates. I hopes this helps with the issue at hand. Feel free to update your question or post a comment if you have any additional information to provide. Thanks! - Brad |
