starting with opencart

Opencart looks like just what I need. I have seen some of the tutorials and don't see anything that tells how to configure the homepage....header...logo...and other facets of the homepage. Am I missing somethiing?

Hello Simonbk, Opencart is a great ecommerce software solution as you're finding. Apologies that some of the basic documentation you're seeking is not present. You can find the logo information in the System>Settings>Image section. And the Header really consists of several menu sections (currency, language, shopping cart, search, login options). Under the Product menu, you'll find the Banner (Systems>Design>Banners). You can also find a pretty decent walkthrough video here: Intro to Administering OpenCart (this video is actually one of several in the Screencasts section of the OpenCart website). I know this is not a lot of information, but hopefully this will get you started. Let us know if you have any further questions.
