Hello simonbk,
I tried with both a guest checkout and creating an account (under Scott M so feel free to delete it) and used Ashville Alabama 35953 as well as Beverly Hills California 90210 and I am not seeing any options under the Step 4 (Delivery Method). It simply stops me and does not allow me to go further.
I chose the first item under dog beds (Big Sky, with the Fern color option and the small size option)
Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do to see the options for testing.

Again, my fault. I forgot to add a weight to the product. try big sky again.

Hello simonbk, Thank you for adjusting the setting. That allowed me to see the Shipping options. It was a fight discovering where the data was being inserted into the page. It was not in the place originally thought. The data ended up being embedded in the database. I was able to adjust the code in the database to insert the space. I tested it and it is showing nicely.
