Opencart Fatal Error message.
Category: Opencart
Hi, I was wondering if you could help me with an Opencart issue I am having. When I am in my Opencart dashboard and I go to Sales/Orders, when I click the "view" link for an order I get the following message "Fatal error: Call to undefined method ModelSaleCustomer::getTotalTransactionsByOrderId() in /home/tofuca5/public_html/pixelpup2011/controller/sale/order.php on line 1240"
It's also telling me that the status of my orders is "canceled" when it is not.
What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks.

Hello Kimberlee, I did find a thread on the OpenCart forum that addressed this issue: OpenCart thread I checked your customer.php files and they do not contain any function called getTotalTransactionsByOrderId Did you change any files or upload any other module or component that may have overwritten the necessary files? Best Regards, Scott M |
