Question about:

Tutorial:

103: Setting up your payment gateway.

Section 1: How to set up your SSL connections in Open Cart.

Step 3.

HTTPS:

Change Image and Server to.....https.

Done that, no problem.

However, in the ADMIN CONFIG.PHP HTTPS There is also a https for CATALOG. I did not change that. I left it as HTTP.

Do I need to change the CATALOG as well. If so, tell me why because it is not in the tutorial.

r,

Bruce

Hello Bruce, and thanks for your question.

If you have an SSL setup for your site then it would be recommended to also have the HTTPS_CATALOG setting in your OpenCart admin config.php file set to use it.

I've gone ahead and updated our how to enable a SSL connection in OpenCart article to reflect this as it was missing that information previously.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
