Maintenance Mode

I was on the phone with the tech support today because when I place my site in maintenance mode a bad thing happens. Instead of the potential customer seeing that my site is in maintence mode....they see a brigh white blank screen......that is unsat. Please advise.

Thank you for your question. I checked your site and it looks like maintenance mode is off.

I did not see any errors in the error logs, and I am able to navigate everything successfully at this time. I recommend contacting us while the site is in maintenance mode, so we can replicate and attempt to troubleshoot the error.
