Follow up to Scotts Question

I tried to order a test item and when arriving at the shipping screen, I get no options. We would need exact instructions on how to get to that area so we can troubleshoot and test the issue.

The only way you would not have gotten shipping options is if I neglected to add a particular State in the Geo Zones.
Use Ashville, Alabama 35953. I just used it and it comes up fine.
By the way, what were you using?

Hello simonbk, I tried with both a guest checkout and creating an account (under Scott M so feel free to delete it) and used Ashville Alabama 35953 as well as Beverly Hills California 90210 and I am not seeing any options under the Step 4 (Delivery Method). It simply stops me and does not allow me to go further. I chose the first item under dog beds (Big Sky, with the Fern color option and the small size option) Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do to see the options for testing.
