using temporary url

I am trying to use my temporary url to test my website before I redirect my name server to inmotionhosting.
I have my files in the public folder but when I access the temporary url I get an Inmotionhosting page that says to replace it with my index page. I do have a file index.html in my directory.
Never mind. I finally got Dreamweaver to FTP and it seems to work okay now.
