I recently bought a package and have yet to receive a phone call and when I called the number provided it didn't appear to be the correct place.

As our onboarding team isn't a 24/7 department, if an order is placed late at night, it may not be answered until the next morning. If you like, you may contact technical support in which they will be happy to assist you.
