Hi eliz, Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. In many cases our Systems Administration team can perform Website Transfers for our customers. This is done on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the complexity and the amount of data that the transfer involves can determine whether or not there is a fee associated with this transfer as well. When our systems team performs these transfers in can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to complete. Transfers are normally done by our third shift admins overnight. You can email support@inmotionhosting.com and ask to have our systems team review your request. We will need you to verify your account with the original cpanel password, the last four digits of the credit card on file, or the current AMP password. Also provide us with the FTP credentials of your previous host so we can review the nature of the transfer. If you have any questions or need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
