I cannot log in to my cpanel or website builder

Each time i try to log in it tells me that the password is incorrect. I have tried resetting but it doesnt work.

I have had this account one day and I am ready to cancel it because it shouldn't be this difficult to use.

I notice this is a common problem and that disturbs me. I need to get this fixed immediately or I am cancelling.

Hello Gypsyfay,

I was just checking your account and it appears that you resolved your login problems with live support. Typically, you can reset the Cpanel password using the Account Management Panel (AMP). If you need to find the Cpanel user name, it's in AMP under Account and Billing details (you have to go into the active subscription details). OR, you can contact live support as you did and they can help you very quickly find it or reset it for you.
