How do I find the size of a logo in Premium Website Builder?

I am setting up a new site using the wizard. I have chosen the av-198 template.

On the first page I can upload a logo, which I did, What displays is not my logo.

I don't my file is bening accepted. Are there file size/type limitations for the logo?

Hi portmanll,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. Yes, there are limits on the size of the logo you can use. Each template is different. When you try to upload a logo, if you get an error, the error message at the top will tell you the logo is larger than the allowed size by the template. It will also provide you with the correct size to scale the image to so you can use it.

What kind of file are you trying to upload as a logo? What is the exact error message you are getting?
