Do your Hosting Plans support video streaming? Do you have tech support via phone?

I am the web developer for an importing/exporting company located in the United States, on the West Coast. We are interested in moving our current website to a new web-host and are considering inmotion hosting, but have a few questions first:
1) We must have the ability to stream our product videos (some in HD) (all video files located on our server), as well as offer them as zipped downloadable files, to many different countries, such as: Japan, China, Australia, Brazil, Egypt, Germany, India, Italy, Kuwait, Poland, Serbia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Pakistan, to name a few.
Are your hosting plans / hardware sufficient to provide fluid streaming HD video, as well as downloads, to countries such as these?
2) The owner of our company prefers to talk to web-host tech support over the phone, when needed. Do you have such a support system?
3) Do you offer domain transfer services?
4) What hosting package would best fit the needs described above, and how much would it be?

2) We have U.S. based tech support which operates 24/7 to meet the needs of all our global clients. Support can be reached 24 hours a day by phone, email, and live chat. We also have forums and the Questions & Answers sections which are monitored regularly to offer support as well.
3) We do offer domain transfer services if you wish. WE can transfer management rights of the following top level domains: com, net, org, biz, info, and us.

1) There is no limit on how many email addressed you can set up on the VPS.
2) you can use Spam Assassin to filter emails, and you can set up white lists so messages from specific contacts are labeled as NOT spam. But your email client can handle the keyword filtering for you.

We are considering the $39.95 VPS package located here: http://www.inmotionhosting.com/vps_hosting.html however, we have additional questions:
1) Is there a limit on how many email accounts the above package will allow us to have?
2) We need the ability to create a whitelist and blacklist for our email accounts. The idea is, we need spam automatically filtered, and we also need the ability to set up email filters that say "if this email has the word ____ (fill in the blank) regard it as spam and move it to trash. At the same time, we need to be able to specify that any email from a particular person or organization should be allowed through.
Do you offer this type of service with the package mentioned above?
