Restore error
Category: Moodle
Hello,
I am trying to restore a moodle course from a backup file. Every time I hit restore I get the following error
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/**/**/**/zip_archive.php on line 126
Any ideas how to get around this?
Thanks!

Hello Porter2012, The issue has to do with the default time that is set in the PHP.INI file. Find that file in your installation and increase the time to accommodate the file you're trying to restore. Try 300 seconds first. Shouldn't take that long, but it will depend on your computer. Login to your Cpanel, and go to the Cpanel to search for the file. The file is typically underneath the public_html folder. If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Regards, Arnel C. |
