Hi,

I have installed a number of Third Party Reporting Plugins which are not seem to be working over my server.

I have intalled Moodle Fresh / From Softclous and Updated Moodle Core files aswell.

I have tried the same settings on other hostings and the plugins seem to work, but not over my actual server (i.e inmotionhosting).

What could be the problem?

It is not a Moodle Bug as it works with all other people: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-40983

It doesnt look like a PHP 5.3 / 5.5 error as a support staff on inmotion already played with that problem and it didnt work.

I enabled error reporting, also from the config.php (and also debugging inside Moodle) but
Sadly, i dont get any error to log it and tell you. If i got errors i would have tried fixing myself, but it just redirects me to main page.

To replicate the issue, try putting up Reporting Addons from the market.
Plugins such like Configruable Reports, Gismo Reporting, Block Dashboard, others like NLN Object Learning, Game Activity, and so many others. If possible John-Paul, i wouldn;t mind giving you credentials of my server if you could email and ask for it. So you can test it out yourself maybe then we can fix it together. Its really frustrating now. I need reporting urgently now. It has been going like this since months now.

I am not sure if its inmotionhosting problem over my moodle completely, but i am sure we can work it out together :)

Hello saadsaleem,

Thank you for your question. I spent a long time investigating this issue, and I appreciate the screen shots, but unfortunately I will need more information to provide a better answer.

As a test I installed a new test install of Moodle on our account, then I added a plugin to it successfully.

Although I saw them briefly in the screenshots, but could you please provide the full error you are receiving?

I checked your error logs and there is nothing there, I recommend enabling error reporting to help provide a full error message.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul

Fixed by InMotionHosting, there were problems with the Persimmons of folders at the server end.
