Question Asked by jballcc@yahoo.com
Moodle installation via Fantastico
Resolved Question
After installing moodle on my domain, I can log in as an admin but then the webpage is blank and I have no access to the moodle menus or interface. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi jballcc@yahoo.com,
thanks for posting your question. I'd like to look into this for you. Can you post your domain name where Moodle is installed so I can look into this further for you?
Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me. It looks like you are running Moodle version2.1.1 - and you need PHP 5.3.2. The shared server you are on has 5.2.17 running. Currently, we do not have any shared servers running php 5.3.2 - so you will need to install an older version of Moodle for it to operate correctly on the server. To install a compatible version of Moodle (Moodle 2.0.5+), which requires PHP 5.2.8 or higher and MySQL 5.0.25 or higher, it can be downloaded from http://download.moodle.org/ and installed manually.
I hope this helps clarify the situation. If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us.
Thank you!
