Why do some of my emails not send in WordPress?

I'm using a wordpress email plugin that sends out to groups of my users. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. The groups are very small [less than 10].
Is it possible to use Inmotion's email to send to the wordpress user groups? I realize I could create the Inmotion mailing lists; I was hoping to avoid this because of the double maintenance.

Hi Grabth5, Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. Sure, it's possible to send emails to groups through the InMotion servers. What WordPress plugin are you using? You said the issue is happening intermittently. Is the issue occurring now? How do you know the emails are failing? Are you getting a bouncback message? If so, can you provide me a copy of one?
