We are deciding on whether to use Mailchimp to email our newsletters to our parents (and staff). Staff emails include the school domain name. It looks like there is block from our staff receiving these emails. Is it possible for me to configure something in the cpanel to allow these emails to come through?

Hello Heather17,

We are happy to take a look at the specifics of the bounceback. To do so, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with that information. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Also, be sure it include the complete bounceback email with the error message so we can investigate.
