In magento when I merge the CSS files in System >Configuration > Developer > CSS settings, my main product image disappears. The thumbnail is still there, but when you click on the product for more details, the large image that is supposed to appear has disappeared. How can I rectify this so that large product image does not disappear when I merge CSS files?

Hello n180n180,

I am able to find a single Magento installation in your account, but it is not exhibiting the behavior you described. All thumbnails are leading to their larger images without fail. I may need some more information to go on. Please comment below with specific steps to duplicate the error. Then, if it is still occurring, it may be easier to troubleshoot.

Hi thanks for the quick response. Sorry I had set the CSS files to NOT merged as I was working on site. I have set the CSS files to merged again and the problem is there. Yes, there is only one site with magento, betterfoods.

Hello n180n180,

I checked the coding for your site and merging the css files seems to be creating many errors with the .css. For example the image is being set to display none, which means it doesn't show.

If possible, do not merge the .css files. If it must be merged, then I recommend using a tool such as Firefox's web console to view the errors and debug them.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,
