Hello RiverZ,

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the Magento login. Check out this post from the Magento forums: Change Admin path. I can't select any particular solution for you since your account doesn't link to a hosting account where I can try to look at the issue. And we don't have an idea of version of Magento you're using. Please go through the posts in regards to the issue and you should see a listed solution for the problem.

You can go www.1976haircare.com/magento/admin which used to be www.1976haircare.com/admin because I changed "Admin Base URL" from http:/www.1976haircare.com/ to http:/www.1976haircare.com/magento/.
Now I can not log in it. everytime i must delete "/magento" manually to log in the admin panel. And i cannot save any configuration changes. my magento version is Magento ver. 1.6.2.0.
What can i do now?

Sorry for the long delay in getting an answer for you. Somehow your comment slipped through the cracks. You can change the URL directly in the database. You can run a SQL statement like in the following article to change the URL.

http://www.magentocommerce.com/wiki/1_-_installation_and_configuration/update_site_url_in_core_config_data

You can also change the setting directly in the database using PhpMyAdmin. Unfortunately, we do not have internal documentation on how to do this.

If this is a new installation of Magento, you may want to remove it from Softaculous and reinstall Magento in the location you want.

Best regards,
