Flush Magento cache storage

Dear,

i have one problem with my site,
i have installed maintenance site extension, after uninstall it some ip addresses can have access to the site, i want so flush cache storage maybe this will solve my problem, what is you advice?
Please help me with this

You may easily flush the Magento cache from either the admin dashboard or by manually removing the cache files. There is an excellent article available to do so at the following:
