How do I solve an error when connecting to a database?

Hi. When I click http://vitaminev.com/site_vcomm11/ the site is not running and I get this message. Nothing was done on the site, and suddenly, this happens. Can you help me please. The site is built on a joomla 1.5. Thank you.
