How do I access Joomla?

I have downloaded Joomla but I cannot figure out how to actually login and use it.

When I go into Fantastico and attempt to install Joomla, it tells me that there are no current installations but when i get to the second step of the installation, it tells me "You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain." If I am understanding this right, it is telling me that it is both installed and not installed at the same time.

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. Before you can login to Joomla, you need to install Joomla on your hosting account. The easiest way for you to install Joomla is use Fantastico de Luxe in cPanel. Here's a link to an article to show you how to install it:
