Hello Wiimee,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with Joomla. Unfortunately, I need more detail since I cannot make a connection between your Support Center login and a hosting account with our service. I don't know if you are a customer or not. If you were then I would be able to look at the account to look for more clues. Can you please provide more information on the issue such as the steps you're taking to get to the error and also any information about your installation such as plugins, etc. ?

Please provide further information and we can look into the matter further.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.

Hello Arnel C,

Thanks for reply. It's something to do with adding Facebook like box I guess because after I tried to change my facebook lik box module then that message started to happen. Now I can't do anything even changing my content. It won't let me save it and I got the same error message everytime I change anything. Here is the video that I followed to add my facebook like box so you can see where I put all my facebook codes:

I'm a customer of Joomla but not a customer on here. What do I need to do?

Hello Wiyada,

When you log into your Joomla admin dashboard are you able to remove the Custom HTML module that you created to paste the FaceBook like code into? Or is that also giving you the same error when attempting to save?

Based on the error that you're getting it sounds like it's unable to make a connection. This is the file that is causing the problem:

It looks like this is probably related to caching, which would could make sense. If you're trying to add new content and this caching plugin is not allowing it to be cached, that could be causing your problems.

Doing a Google search for this Joomla plugin it looks like it's part of SiteGround's SuperCacher services which I'm assuming is either your current web host, or your previous one.

If they are still your host, it sounds like you'd be able to login to your cPanel and possibly disable the Dynamic Cache for Joomla to possibly see if that clears up the issues. However it's also mentioned on that page that when enabling the Dynamic Cache it mentions changing the IP address of your hosting account, so you might wish to contact them before proceeding.

You might also try flushing the Dynamic Cache to see if that possibly clears up the issue. Or in Joomla itself disabling the jSGCache plugin to see if that stops the issues.

Please let us know if you had any further questions!
